Cinta Chocolate bean to bar

From Bali with Love

Cinta chocolate is a bean to bar chocolate that is produced in Belgium and made from cacao grown in Bali, Indonesia.
Cinta purchases its cacao directly from the cooperatives at a higher price than the fair trade minimum.
Once the cacao beans reach Belgium, reknowned chocolate maker, Mario Vandeneede, then roasts, cracks, grinds and winnows the cacao.

Due to the limited production the bars are offered according to availability:
Bali 55% is a dark milk chocolate
Bali 70% is a dark chocolate
